Blackened Dragonscale Farming
Do you want to level up your Skinning and Leatherworking? Or you just want to farm [Blackened Dragonscale] for profit? I have found out that I can make a lot of gold selling it in auction house. There are quite few good farming spot in the newest Cataclysm zones. But I have made a list of the best ones.
Blackened Dragonscale
Keep in mind that if you want to skin mobs, you need to loot them first. This means while farming you can get a lot of other thrash loot (of course also worth some gold, so don't throw it away). So make yourself a favor and before you go anywhere, clear your bags!
Mount Hyjal
Mount Hyjal is a perfect place for farming Blackened Dragonscale for players who are not yet level 85. Because here mobs are a bit weaker, so you can kill them fast even at level 80-85. But beware, If you have done ALL the quests here in Mount Hyjal, you cannot farm at this place anymore. Check the map to know exactly where to farm:
Twilight Highlands
For me, the best place to farm Blackened Dragonscale is in Twilight Highlands. There are a lot of Dragonkin mobs in the Obsidian Forest. They are very weak and you have around 30% chance of dropping Blackened Dragonscale after skinning. Check the map for the exact location this specific forest:
Deepholm
There is a fight between Stone Giants and Stone Drakes at the Pale Roost. Stone Giants are throwing rocks at Stone Drakes. When they are shot down they only have around 50.000 HP left. When you skin them you can get Savage Leather or Blackened Dragonscale. They do not drop leather scarps, so this makes it a perfect place to farm. Don't worry if they are Elite, because they are very easy to kill. Check the map:
Blackened Dragonscale farming and selling it in Auction House may be one of the ways to earn gold in World of Warcraft. IMO, Tycoon Gold Addon is the best in-game addon ever made. Using it I found out all the other MUCH more profitable ways to get tons of gold easily. I warmly recommend it to you if you want to dominate the game without endless grinding.
