Heavy Leather Farming

Do you want to level up your Skinning and Leatherworking? Or you just want to farm [Heavy Leather] for profit? I have found out that I can make a lot of gold selling it in auction house. There are quite few good farming spots all around the Azeroth. But I have made a list of the best ones.

Heavy Leather

Keep in mind that if you want to skin mobs, you need to loot them first. This means while farming you can get a lot of other thrash loot (of course also worth some gold, so don't throw it away). So make yourself a favor and before you go anywhere, clear your bags!

Dustwallow Marsh

My best place to farm Heavy Leather is in Dustwallow Marsh. The place is full of Crocolisks, Raptors, Dragonkins, etc. Bellow I draw a location. Inside the area you just kill/skin everything you see:

Feralas

Second very good place for farming Heavy Leather is in Ferals by killing Rage Scar Yetis and Feral Scar Yetis. These Yetis almost always drop Heavy Leather. The respawn rate is also very high. What I like a lot about Yetis is that they drop also cloth, so you can sell it in Auction House for some extra gold. Check the map:

Heavy Leather farming and selling it in Auction House may be one of the ways to earn gold in World of Warcraft. IMO, Tycoon Gold Addon is the best in-game addon ever made. Using it I found out all the other MUCH more profitable ways to get tons of gold easily. I warmly recommend it to you if you want to dominate the game without endless grinding.
