Linen Cloth Farming

Do you want to level up your Tailoring or First Aid profession? Or you just want to farm [Linen Cloth] for profit? I have found out that I can make a lot of gold selling it in auction house. The price for a stack isn't really high. But the point is that the amount of Linen Cloth out there is high. So you can get tons of it and sell it.

Make sure you clear your bags first. This way you have plenty of free space and you don't need to head back to the vendors. Here is my list of two places (one for Alliance and one for Horde players)

Westfall (Alliance)

The best place to farm Linen Cloth for Alliance is in Westfall. Just South-West of Sentinell Hill there is a pack of Riverpaw Gnolls. The respawn time of these mobs makes this place special. As soon as one Riverpaw Gnoll dies another one respawns. This means you can stay here indefinitely. Here I marked it for you:

Hillsbrad Foothills (Horde)

In Hillsbrad Foothills there is a place called The Sludge Fields. There are a lot of mobs, but they are hostile only for the Horde. If you are Alliance, this is no place for you. The respawn time is fast so you can stay there for a long time. While farming you can actually get also quite a lot Wool Cloth. This place really is a jewel for Linen and Wool Cloth farming.  Check the map:

Embersilk Cloth farming and selling it in Auction House may be one of the ways to earn gold in World of Warcraft. IMO, Tycoon Gold Addon is the best in-game addon ever made. Using it I found out all the other MUCH more profitable ways to get tons of gold easily. I warmly recommend it to you if you want to dominate the game without endless grinding.
