Leatherworking Guide Leatherworking Leveling Guide | WoW Leatherworking Guide 1 - 525

I made this Leatherworking guide for you so you level up your Leatherworking profession as fast as possible from 1 to 525. It is of course compatible with the newest expansion Cataclysm.

In this Leatherworking Leveling Guide I included all the materials you need for crafting, so you will just fly through the leveling process. Leatherworking goes well with Skinning profession. So you may also want to check my Skinning Leveling Guide as well.

If you want to earn a lot of money with your professions (also with farming certain materials), I warmly recommend this Tycoon Gold Addon. It is an in-game addon, with it you will dominate the game without endless grinding.

If you are leveling up your character, I would recommend you a good WoW Leveling Guide, which shows you in-game (it's an addon) where to go and which quest to do. Personally I use Zygor Guides and it took me 5 days of playtime from level 1 to 85.

Here are the sections of the guide:

55 - 130
130 - 205

You can buy these recipes in all major cities near your Leatherworking Trainer, the NPC is labeled as "Leatherworking Supplies". This does not include Dalaran and Shattrath.

Every vendor recipe changes to yellow after 5 skill points, this means you're going to purchase a new recipe every 5 points. Each of these recipes gives you 2 skill points. You can use different recipes, because most of them use the same amount of materials, here is the path I did:

You will need 30 more Heavy Savage Leathers to buy the 3 recipes.

    3 x [Bloodthirsty Leather Bracers] - 30 x Heavy Savage Leather, 30 x Volatile Fire

    2 x [Bloodthirsty Leather Boots] - 20 x Heavy Savage Leather, 20 x Volatile Fire

    3 x [Bloodthirsty Leather Helm] - 30 x Heavy Savage Leather, 30 x Volatile Water

Leveling Leatherworking is a good choice. It is quite profitable profession, you can earn a lot of gold with it. IMO, Tycoon Gold Addon is the best in-game addon ever made. Using it I found out all the other MUCH more profitable ways to get tons of gold easily. I warmly recommend it to you if you want to dominate the game without endless grinding.
